Sheikh Muhammad bin Rashid Al Makhtoum, His Highness, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai has devoted five years to help the nation.
The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, His Highness Sheikh Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan confined a touching letter on Saturday, he called the Ruler of Dubai his "brother, teacher and the companion of my journey".
He also stated, "those in this country and beyond to say a word of thanks to the leader who enriched the country with his thoughts, visions, innovations and his exceptional initiatives". The Rulers, businessmen and the nationals come out heartily to say him thank you for the good nation.
